What is the reminder service of TOPS WTW-filters?
In order to continue to enjoy an optimal indoor climate, it is important that you replace your MVHR-filters on time. The filters capture dust and become saturated over time. When a filter is saturated, it is more difficult for air to pass through the filter. Because the air is more difficult to pass through the MVHR-filter, your MVHR-unit has to work harder. As a result, your MVHR-unit will produce more noise, but more importantly: your unit will also use more energy. This of course leads to a higher energy bill. We advise you replacing your filters every six months. Because replacing a MVHR-filter is not an everyday job, this can sometimes be forgotten. The TOPS reminder service offers the solution for this. Every six months we will send you an e-mail reminding you that your filters need to be replaced. This way you don’t have to it yourself anymore.
Is the reminder service of TOPS WTW-filters free?

So after six months we will send you an e-mail with the reminder and previously purchased items. Should you run out of stock, you can easily and quickly order new filters at the push of a button.
